Steam Audio voice spatialization doesn't scale with avatar scale

- Scale both yourself and another person down to the smallest.
- Try talking to each other, especially when standing near the left or right ear.
- The other player's voice will sound super loud and crunchy/peaking.
A great example of this is any of the booths in Vket that use Udon to scale avatars down when inside. Tested on live 1768.

We have adjusted this in the latest release. Note that we have always been scaling near-field audio based on your avatar scale, and I was unable to repro anything distinctly wrong with small avatars like you describe, but please give 2025.4.2p1 a try and let me know what you think!
