A summary of the issue:
When OP speaks of "gift", he's talking about the "Starter Bundle" which contained the following:
- Emojis: Maths, Brick, Sparkles, Bees
- Stickers: Chad Rat, Portal, Thinking Cat, VRRat Cat Costume, VRCat Rat Costume
The Starter Bundle was available from June 9, 2025 to December 8, 2025. Unlike what OP claims about a subscription, the Starter Bundle did not have a VRC+ subscription requirement to claim, and it was the first bundle made available in VRChat.
Unlike what OP claims for "the bubble gun" (Bubble Blaster) in the comments, the bubble gun was not part of this bundle. ("Summer VRC+ Limited Bundle" contained it, and was available from July 24, 2025 to August 24, 2025.)
OP tried to consume the Starter Bundle this year past the availability date, and received an error.

How did you redeem it?
Can you provide logs?
