StandardShader Cutout does not fall back correctly.

After applying VRChat 2024.4.2, the Standard shader set to Cutout becomes opaque due to fallback.
■How to reproduce
・Set StandardShader to “Cutout” and lower the transparency to make it invisible.
・After uploading, apply a safety to the shader from a third-party perspective to check it. Or, turn on fallback shaders from the pie menu.
・It appears opaque.
In the past, I believe this would have been applied if it were a Cutout, even if it fallback in this manner.
However, I cannot distinguish whether this is a glitch or whether it was more of a glitch that it had been functioning correctly until now.

The Fall back Shaider is probably Mobile Standard Lite
Try using Autodesk and set roughness to 0 and MetalIc to 1
Autodesk has the roughness backwards so 0 is shine and 1 is dull
If it's dull but has it MetalIc it's falling back to Mobile Standard Lite
If it dull without MetalIc is probably a Legacy shaider
If it's still MetalIc and shiny then that's a rabbit hole

Is this on PC or on Android?
