Sound Range Glitch

When you are outside the range of a sound that is beginning to be played, it will glitch out and play as if it were 100%, for the first split second it is active. (most of the time) This is especially prominent for repeating sounds like, foot step sounds and gun sounds. And can be annoying when you are in a Pug and someone upstairs starts to play music, and you hear it really loud for a frame from downstairs. This doesn't seem to happen on worlds and is only an avatar thing.

Is there an example avatar we can reproduce this with? We have made some audio changes in 2019.2.5 that might solve this issue. https://docs.vrchat.com/v2019.2.5/docs/latest-release

Inzane Nick: I did extensive testing with a person I made an avatar for, this is outside of our control and it sucks :rage:
