Slow VRAM memory leak in VRChat observed on AMD and nVidia.

- Start VRChat in VR
- Play in the same instance for 1-2 hours. If the instance is more populated it may occur faster.
- Observe almost 1GB higher average VRAM usage.
I know that AMD specifically has an issue with VRAM usage when using Smooth Motion at this time. I have Smooth Motion disabled. I am using a Pimax Crystal Light VR headset. I still seem to observe a VRAM memory leak that takes about an hour or two to take up almost an entire 1GB of VRAM that should otherwise be free. Rejoining or moving instances doesn't seem to free up this VRAM, only restarting VRChat. I have talked to several people and some are observing this on nVidia cards and other VR headsets as well. I believe this is a separate issue from the known AMD driver issue.
My current hardware configuration:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB
2TB NVME
VR: Pimax Crystal Light (Pimax 1.39.1 software), in Lighthouse mode.
SteamVR: 2.9.6 (2.10 currently has an issue with Pimax VR not starting in VRChat at all).
I know I have several different things that could all be causing problems, but I am hearing about this slow VRAM memory leak in VRChat from several people. I do not see this in other VR games when disabling Smooth Motion.
Current work around: Restart VRChat entirely every few hours to free up VRAM.
