Set to random with no Wapr Effects cause a issue

Condition: User must own zero (0) Warp Effects (No VRC+ subscription).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch VRChat and open the Main Menu UI.
- Click the Inventory icon at the top.
- Select "Cosmetics" from the side menu and locate the "Warp Effect" section.
Observe the UI: Since I do not have a VRC+ subscription, all specific effects are highlighted in yellow (locked). However, the "Random" option remains selectable.
- Select "Random" and equip it.
- Restart VRChat and attempt to view your avatar or travel to a different world.
6.Result: The bug occurs. The avatar remains a crystal, and world transitions fail due to a NullReferenceException.
