Selecting collar in shop resets camera height to ground level

On desktop using this avatar:
When crouching or using the Z-Button to lay down, the camera INVERTS.

When you apply the collar-item from the shop as a preview, the camera resets to ground level.
Secondly, it also "swings" back and fourth if you try to look down or up, it doesnt go down or up, instead its inverted the controls for some reason?
