Turn on specular glossing the entire model either with gloss map or not. the included pictures show the difference between Specular on and off. it bug is mentioned by someone in Beta 3 on discord.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Are you certain you are on beta.4 and not beta.3? Is your mask set up with the correct import settings, and your color channel selected right? Have you tried making a brand new Material and setting it up from scratch (perhaps some property from beta.3 stuck around)?
Otherwise, sharing a unitypackage of your material plus mask may help.

Dexxxxxxx: That project is using 3.8.0, not any of the 3.8.1 beta versions. Upgrading it to 3.8.1-beta.4 seems to work fine for me though?

Dexxxxxxx: I believe we have a fix coming in the next update, please report back once it ships if your issue is resolved!
