There is a scrolling issue affecting both the Launch Pad and the menu.

Platform:

- VR: Quest 3 + Virtual Desktop

- Desktop (Non-VR)

Steps to Reproduce:

- Open any screen that requires scrolling, such as the Launch Pad or a menu.

Attempt to scroll.

Expected Behavior:

- The menu should remain at the current scroll position after scrolling.

Actual Behavior:

- The menu immediately jumps back to the top of the scrollable area after any scrolling input.

Additional Information:

- This issue occurs regardless of the input method.

- Dragging the scroll bar

- Swiping the menu

[Desktop (Non-VR)]

- Dragging the menu with the mouse

- Dragging the scroll bar

スクロール操作を行う。

【期待される動作】

・スクロール後も、現在のスクロール位置が維持されること。

【実際の動作】

・スクロール操作を行うと、スクロール位置がすぐに一番上まで戻ってしまいます。
