Rename VRChat+ clock to VRC+ clock

This is going to be a 2-in-1 bug report for the VRC+ clock.
Current issues:
- It's currently titled "VRChat+ Ultra Premium Time", but should be properly renamed to 'VRC+ Ultra Premium Time'.
- When clicking on this clock face, when not subscribed to VRC+, it changes the clock face to the Broken Clock, instead of keeping the clock face as it was.
