Random reconnects during game to the same world, "vrchat is not responding" for half a second.

For last few days I and many of people I know are getting these errors "vrchat is not responding" for less than a second and then world is reloaded... when talking in group this happens so often its hard to do anything, as at least one person disconnects each 10 minutes

This is related to VRChat testing Cloudflare spectrum for DDoS protection purposes (this was announced on the official Discord server as "server adjustments" and recently also just "maintenance" along with a note that you won't be able to see other players in instances). Most of the random connection timeouts/resets are caused by traffic being rerouted to a different datacenter and Spectrum being a product that requires active stateful connection tracking, which Cloudflare isn't doing across different datacenters for performance reasons.
Those random disconnects should be happening less often right now since Cloudflare Spectrum is disabled again as of writing this comment.

Something changed with last update, and now its kinda worse... as now most of the time it sends to me my home worlds making this even more annoying...
And still no reply from vrchat team... I'm not surprised that clients are getting popular again, trying to play without any is just pure pain on path of bugs.

Seems to be a much more common occurrence if the instance is older.

This is getting worse with people getting disconnected every few minutes.
It's interesting to note that the IK of somone about to dissapear freezes 30-10 seconds before they actually do. Only others see it. But they are still able to talk and their avatars mouth moves.

Yukine: Oh yea, i sometimes hear people talking that I disconnected again... as I still hear and see them moving for a while.

I was disconnected about 10 times in the last hour.
Sometimes one person was disconnected, and sometimes all were disconnected at the same time.
