Quest users cannot log in if home is set to world with no quest version

1.) Set your home to a world that has no Quest support.
2.) Log in Quest version.
3.) Finish and leave first-time Quest Tutorial to go to a different world.
4.) Log out, log in
5.) Endless loading loop with no explanation or obvious cause, no way to get out of loop without system rebooting quest, no way to fix issue without access to PC VRChat
