So when dropping portals the laser or pointer for where you are trying to put a portal down at is very laggy sometimes and is not equal to in game lag I could have 22 fps and the portal drop act like I have 3 fps

The way to reproduce it is to be in a world that is not as optimized like giving 25 fps or lower and then try to drop a portal and move your hand around the laser completely de syncs from your hand and is just acts like you have 2 fps it also makes it harder to put portals down in laggier worlds
