Public instances that reached "recommend player count" still visible on instance list

There's an issue with public instances that reached the recommended playercount are still visible on the instance lists.
Prison Escape for example. Recommened player count is 16 and you have some instances way past that still shown

Fyi,
This is still problematic. Recommend player count is 18 and any instances past 18 doesn't hide from public tabs
