Player Audio Bug

I recently upgraded my PC with a new CPU and Motherboard and ever since that upgrade whenever I play VRChat player audio disappear. I will be online on PCVR or just Desktop mode for 5-10 minutes and then I get what appears like a second-long lag spike where everyone sounds robotic and their mics cut out rapidly, then poof. After just a second of that it goes quiet. No matter how many times I restart my game it keeps happening. I've tried different worlds and different groups of people and it keeps happening.
Keep in mind, it's only specifically player audio. I can still hear the menu, world, music and avatar sounds.
My new CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5500 Series and the motherboard is a ROG STRYX 8550-F GAMING WIFI-II.

Can you provide logs?

StormRel Ill hop on later to try and replicate the bug, where can I find a log afterwards?
StormRel
✯Kitanic✯ Should be in this file path with your pc username filled in
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat
✯Kitanic✯
StormRel I am unable to find said folder, there's nothing named LocalLow in my appdata folder. Is there an alternate way without logs?
✯Kitanic✯
