I have heard this from somebody else and I cannot test it myself until I get home but people say it might be the bubble gun item from the VRC+ summer bundle, I will let you guys know once I test it in a couple hours.

It seems that not just the physbones scripts, but also parent and position constraints, and triggers, are all breaking.
When this instance is affected, the script still does not work properly after rejoining the instance . You must recreate a new instance or join another unaffected instance.

Facing the same problem, from logs it seems to happen after it triggered a NullReferenceException, restarting vrchat seems to fix it for awhile.
Seems to happen randomly when someone joins the world?

My bones and such are also borked. Hopefully they fix this..
