Photo camera now jumps around when moving

Since yesterdays update the stream/photo camera is now jittery and jumps around like crazy when you move your character even when it is on the stationary setting

One of the buttons on the camera controls how the lens moves. I have no problem when it is set to smooth.

Zyphron: Its almost identical problem. Sometimes it jumps not extremely, sometimes it jumps extremely around.
So far i can see it's new camera, because it has now lock button. So the new camera jumps more around than old camera version.
