I only play on the Quest 2, so I am unsure if this is an issue for other users, but I am having an issue where if I load into an instance, there is a chance people will completely vanish for me. I am able to hear them and find their "Pill" when I hover over them in the menu, the only fix is relaunching the game, and even then half the time it doesn't fix the issue. Its very noticeable in larger instances, and happens to around half the users in there. (as in they vanish for me, I don't know how many people are also encountering this bug)
