Hello everyone!
So this was an issue I had very recently, and people have changed their motherboards to fix the issue, if this happens to you there’s a reasonable chance that removing the “CMOS” battery from your motherboard for a few mins then placing it back will also fix this potentially, it fixed the issue for me :)
Just before you do this please look up a short guide on doing this and what this changes so you’re prepared to get back to being buttery smooth on VRChat once more ^w^

I believe these are related: https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/25gbe-lan-causes-jitterting-problems-exclusive-to-vrc
The only fix I've found is straight up replacing the motherboard.

I am also experiencing this issue! B550 board with 5800x3d

I dont have much input as I solved this problem quite some time ago, but what fixed this for me was switching my Z690 motherboard out to upgrade to an X670E to run my 7950x3d. Before this upgrade I tried different memory and cpus in the Z690 board and nothing remedied the problem until I completely changed chipsets.

Hello, Clyde here! Sharing that I am experiencing this bug as well.
Symptoms / steps to recreate are:
* Join any VRChat world
* Spend upwards of ~2 hours in the world
* Locally my avatar will appear to move per usual
* Remotely my avatar will appear to move like a slideshow, jittering from one motion to the next
Consistent bandaid resolution:
* Rejoining the world
* Leaving to another world
Best visual example I have of this is this performance video depicting how I appeared to the stream camera of the event after being present in the instance for more than 5 hours: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slZjta2NcxI Note that the other players depicted in the world appear to track per usual, but my avatar in the center of the screen appears to jitter unnaturally.
This has been present for the last few years of my use of VRChat. I have been using the same computer throughout, switching between stable and beta builds of VRChat periodically with no changes.
I am most aware of it in busy instances (10+ people in the world with me) after a couple hours of being there, but I have not confirmed if this occurs in less busy instances, since it only affects how I appear to others and therefore gives me no means of testing if that happens when I'm in a world by myself.
I vaguely recall hearing somewhere that it could be an issue with those of us who have a particular kind of high-speed WiFi router or something similar to that, but do let me know if that's a red herring.
Request:
Please let me help debug this issue. :) This is an excessively disruptive problem for those of us running events as rejoining instances can cause ownership rollover for components such as video players. I am happy to provide any logs, any hardware and software models and versions, run tests, run custom forks of the client, etc. to help diagnose the issue.

i got simmilar problem but reversed.
everyone can see me correctly but i can't see everyone correctly.
it's feel like game is run smoothly 90fps but remote player movement data is updated like 1 or 5 time per second.

I just endured this issue while doing VRCDancing's 30 hours dancing event. This happened to me pretty much every 20-30 minutes in a 80 player instance. Only way I was able to work around it temporarily was rejoining the world.
This behavior seems to only networked only, I literally don't see it locally and I have to ask people around me if it's happening.

Unfortunately the problem is still there. Even after Switching to Unity 2022.
