Occasionally players become invisible and unaudible

Occasionally, other players become invisible (other than their nametag) and inaudible. Example screenshot showing two such players: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9hq42new0k5ewgk/20190516204755_1.jpg?dl=0
I'll be sending the output log to support@vrchat.com. Shortly before the timestamp of this screenshot, the following lines were in the log:

Marking this issue as fixed-- we haven't seen it reproduced in a long time.
If the issue occurs again, please create a new post!

Is this still occurring?
Pillazo
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: haven't seen it in a while, can't recall it happening in the last few months.
Lucyfina
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: yes it is. Additionally, entire audio cuts out. Forcing you to restart to hear everyone again. Might be a different issue tho.
LoliKami
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Haven't seen it in a while. What happens now is that some instance master will be seen stuck in a (maybe random?) chair by some late joiners while others can see the master normally. The master will have to go sit in that exact chair and leave the chair to reset for the late joiners that bugged out. I don't see this issue in many maps, but Chinese Bar is one of them that happens.
OP_Buster
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: it happend once or twice whit me but we found a Fix, just use a Chair in the World to Fix it. I think it happens because of a Player desync and Sitting in a Chair resets it. But dont quote me on that ^^.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: This happened to me the other night, so I'd say yes. However, far more rarely.
kookster
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Yes but it is much less frequent now. I last saw it happen about 2 weeks ago.
Layfe_Kuro
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: not exactly the same but especially quest 1/2 have the audio position be randomly send further away from the listening user causing them sound like inside a bottle very frequently, messed up spatial audio (the quest user has to mute/unmute themself sometimes in-game, sometimes on the headset to fix it untill it happens again!

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Haven't seen it in a while myself
HinaHercures
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: I haven't watched recently

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Not witnessed any invisibility for a while now, but (perhaps a separate) audio bug remains, where a particular user cannot hear the voices of anyone in the instance. I also had a bug myself where my own voice wasn't being received by anyone (they heard nothing and saw no lipsync, whilst on my end I was still visibly speaking). Both of these issues that I experienced were fixed by rejoining the instance. Both occurred Saturday 13th Feb.
UnlikelyFloof
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Not sure seems to be much less frequent if it still is.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community:
Unsure if this specific bug is the culprit but the specifics seem in the ballpark. Happened to me probably 7-10 times in total from the last 3 days while in higher population instances. Didn't seem to happen to others however, at least to those I was with.
YeetusTheFetus
Its because of seats. Seats are always the cause of some sort of issue.
Kizzy
This problem is back and much worse than before in terms of how common it is.
MrDummy_NL
The issue where players joins the room but avatar itself is not showing up (name tag is visible) so i use disable/enable avatar option to make them appear. It happens very often: around 10-20% chance.
Second issue, perhaps related to this bug, is when i join room and noticed all players are gone, but nametags are visible. Then when i come near, some avatars flicker fast.
Rejoin room wont help, and i found out when i clear the cache, and rejoin room, they are normal. BUT wait, there is more.
WHEN i clear cache and join immediately same room again, VRChat refuses join the room and looks it's crashed. I stay stuck in "unload" process of the room.
I must leave current room by joining for example home world, and then join back to the room, no problems. Pretty strange. It has something with caching.
LoliKami
It's still happening
Kakurady
Sometimes when VRChat is under load, I won't be able to see or hear other people (or they flicker in and out) and they won't be able to see or hear me. Even the nametags can disappear.
It usually happens when frame time is over 11 milliseconds in a detailed world (Vive runs at 90Hz), and I seem to have occasional success by dropping the render resolution in that case, but when I go to a world that isn't normally loaded and manually increase the render resolution, I can still see other avatars.
This is my third day running VRChat with a headset, so I haven't thoroughly tested this yet. I have tried checking download integrity from steam, clearing VRChat's cache, clearing Steam download cache, reinstalling VRChat, and upgrading my video card driver, but none helped.
I'm going to check the logs tomorrow to see if there's also a deserialization issue.
Kakurady
Never had this issue on a much slower computer in desktop mode.

Update: haven't seen this issue pop up since last week. Suspect this might be server side.
Enverex
This is happening constantly for me now. In the space of 2 hours I've had it happen 5 times.

Yukine
I have seen this happening more often recently.
Whaddageek
Best place to catch this bug live is actually the Murder 2/3 game worlds. Do a few rounds and you are guaranteed to see it happen to at least one user, if not several at once.
