OBS crashes when using RX 6000 & INDEX

If OBS is started playing VRChat with INDEX, the INDEX screen freezes, the right half of the main display screen blacks out, and after a while the entire screen and the valve index Screen black out and AMD software times out.
This did not happen during Play on Quest 2. I decided it with an RX 6800 from another manufacturer and considered the latest version of AMD software, but this did not solve the problem. So I downgraded to 23.8.3 and it solved the problem.

I know that AMD's latest drivers are unstable in some cases, but I don't trust the authors of Virtual Desktop because they are reluctant and dishonest in their support for Radeon.
An example is that HEVC was not available for a long time with the combination of Radeon, PICO 4 and VD due to a mistake by the author of VD.
Besides, this case is not related to VD because the problem is only occurring with INDEX, and this problem is also occurring with the VD recommended 11.2.
I have reported this issue to VRChat management here and also to SAPPHIRE and AMD from myself.

Radeon Driver be known to be unstable often.
So using latest driver on those be not always welcome.
If you find stable driver version, you better use that version.
(as this is basically AMD issue than VRChat issue)
According to Virtual Desktop author who actively monitoring stabillity of Radeon driver stated, current recommended driver version as follow.
=Recommended GPU drivers=
Nvidia: any drivers
AMD RX 400/500: 20.10.1
AMD 5000/6000: 22.11.2
AMD 7000: 23.10.2
