Newly uploaded avatars not updating
needs more information

Description
I have recently updated several avatars on both PC and on Android. After over an hour and confirming the avatars are properly being linked to the PC versions, the Android versions are not updating in the client and on Android mobile. The avatars on mobile are "stuck" in the old version but they preview correctly as the new version.
Reproduction Steps
To replicate: Update an avatar using Unity on PC. Then, update the Android versions. The Android avatars will stay as the old version. When you check them in the mobile client and swap quickly, they will not load as the newest version of the avatar.

StormRel Hello! As an update, I went to bed and woke up and the avatars uploaded when I checked again on my Android phone.
So they simply were delayed by more than 2 hours before they uploaded properly on Android (a behavior I had not seen before, usually avatar uploads take a matter of minutes).
The avatar IDs that were affected by this were:
avtr_7db952eb-cdb4-4bf1-aef5-9ac60d4dcae9
avtr_7f6fcd29-4f50-4ff4-a7ad-c2c90745dfab
avtr_5aff9f17-996d-43a0-9650-1e9b4707d587
And I was uploading with SDK 3.10.6 .

StormRel I have another update. I am on my Android phone again to check on the avatars and they have reverted back the previous build again
(I made large changes to the hair and matcap on the pants on Android so it is very apparent that it is the previous build).
These avatars are also previewing correctly in the window but then when I swap to them, they revert to the previous build.
I suspect this has something to do with either the cache on my phone (saving the previous avatar) or some kind of conflict where the avatars are stored in VRChat's system so the avatars are being retrieved incorrectly.
