"My Avatars" does not account VRC Raycast components in avatar performance rank server-side

I uploaded an Excellent avatar with 16 VRC Raycast components to force it down to Very Poor rank. My Avatars list reports it as Excellent on the server-side (?) in-app, but the client-side and the avatar SDK reports it as Very Poor. It's Excellent on Windows otherwise.
Sample affected private avatars uploaded by me:
- Robot (Very Poor raycasts) (avtr_714e8215-60da-434e-8d81-5264345f0465)
- Robot (Poor raycasts) (avtr_bf5f2792-a8e0-4eef-8b9c-ff4545b23528) - the only difference to the above is this one is rated Poor on the server-side (9 VRC Raycast components) instead of Very Poor with 16 VRC Raycasts.
Expected behavior: Very Poor in both client-side and server-side indication. "Very Poor" icon in My Avatars list.
Actual behavior: The avatar is ranked Excellent server-side & Very Poor on the client-side simultaneously, and I'm guessing it behaves like a Very Poor avatar (?). The avatars list displays a green "Excellent" icon.
This is reproducible in both the Default Public Version branch (Build 1820) and open-beta branch (Build 1832). I've included bug repro videos and output logs for both.

Note due to a separate bug the website also reports these affected avatars as Excellent, instead of Very Poor... (Avatar Performance Rating on VRChat Home website does not account VRC Raycast components)
