Missing expansion menu in launch pad

First open the launch pad I am missing the expand menu that should be next to the report button, it is there on someone else’s launch pad why is that

Yes, the build version my friend is on is 1749, I was panicking and I was distressed I am really sorry about that, I liked using that feature

Recent menu changes have removed it from the launchpad QM. Is your friend on the latest build?
