Microphone lags for other users

Hello VRChat-Team
Recently other players only hear me extremely cut off or not at all.
i tried multiple things:
- rollback nvidia drivers / change drivers
- update windows to latest
- debug vrchat under steam
- switch between Index headset / desktop
- switch between microphones
- manually update sounddrivers (realtek)
- delete all caches / local user profiles
- reset all local settings
I never had this happen before and i ruled out multiple times now that the issue is with my index microphone.
i would love some help or advice.

- Expected result:
- Actual result:
- Attach video/screenshots/logs
Particularly, the "[SettingsManager] Mic activation threshold set to:" line from the full output logs would be needed with the above information.
