Microphone defaults ON toggle not working

The microphone defaults ON toggle is ignored. This issue started happening within the past two weeks.

Expected Behavior:
- Microphone Defaults ON checkbox is unchecked.
- In-game Mic is ON.
- Visit a new world
- In-game Mic is OFF.
Actual Behavior:
- Microphone Defaults ON checkbox is unchecked.
- In-game Mic is ON.
- Visit a new world
- In-game Mic is ON.

I have mic defaults on enabled and for me it always just continue with what I used in the last instant I was in.
If I was unmuted, I was unmuted in the next instance as well.
If I was muted, I was muted in the next instant as well.
