The custom laser & menu colors persist when logging out from an account with VRC+ customizations and even when logging into another account that doesn't have VRC+.

  1. Log into an account with VRC+
  2. Apply custom UI theme
  3. Logout of the account
  4. (Optional) Log into a different account without VRC+
