Issue: When trying to choose from the available filters on the Emoji wing menu, there are more options available by scrolling, but I am unable to scroll down or click on the other filters that are further down; instead the User Interface scrolls itself back up.

Repro steps:

Result: Trying to scroll down will reveal more available lists, but the Wing menu will not be able to retain the scroll.

Expectation: Wing menus should retain a scrolling element, or a scroll bar should be implemented for comprehensive lists.

Observations: This only seems to affect the Emoji filter menu, as the other filter menus for other lists available to choose from on the Wing are not as comprehensive. This bug is also available on other beta branches.
