When joining a world, noone is moving at all and is stuck at world spawn now. I believe that the server IK has broken somehow.
How to reproduce:
- Join any world
- Enjoy as only you move around on your end

I've had the same thing happen to me a couple of times, it's not an issue that popped up from the latest patch, this occured in the previous version too since the ik was introduced, and was never fixed.
You can walk around and listen to them, but they won't see or hear you, and they'll be stuck in place at spawn.
If you join the world back it fixes itself.
