Line Quality of Frosted Scribe Ice Pen Degraded

The Frosted Scribe ice pen is one of my favorite paid items since its release in winter. I use it often when a world I visit doesn't have a pen solution in place already. I find it very useful, and to my perspective (as a Local user of the item) I unfortunately did not know MOST of what I was writing was degraded or illegible when using the pen. It seems like since the update to the Frosted Scribe ice pen to fix the synchronization issues (referenced here https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/synchronization-issues-with-frosted-scribe) the line quality is now different enough to seem to have changed for the worse.
The synchronization seems to depend on the IK of the remote user to draw, so if someone is not looking directly at you the entire time you are using the pen, anything you have tried to do with it greatly suffers. Even if you are being looked at directly, if you draw or write a stroke a bit too fast, the lines may also greatly suffer. Also sadly because the pen itself has a time limit, one who uses it has motivation to get everything out quickly before the pen begins to un-draw its lines. So there is motivation to draw or write fast, but Locally you do not know what you have made becomes illegible or incomplete to other Remote users until they show you a print and ask you what you were trying to do.
Additionally, the line quality suffers from an odd bug. The line does not seem to stay still at the top and bottom of the pen lines. This can be recreated by anyone with the Frosted Scribe ice pen item by making an up and down close together zigzag without ending the pen stroke. Example: like WWWWWWW or /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
These sorts of motions are commonly used to fill in areas of a drawing, and you do not expect the pen line to move. To see the unexpected behavior look left and right with your head, or slowly move/strafe your body left and right, the top and the bottom peaks of the pen line will twirl, flip, and move at the peaks and bottoms. This movement seems like a bug rather than a feature of the pen, and is not desired behavior as a pen-user.
I really like the Frosted Scribe, and I appreciate that the synchronization has since been fixed so writing with it can be seen again by others at all. But this more recent bug for the line quality seems to have been introduced since the last update has also greatly degraded its original ability.
Attached is an image collage of Local use, Remote use when being watched the whole time, and Remote use when not looking. This test can be re-created with 3 people with the same or very similar results each time, sometimes even worse when looking away. As you can see remote use becomes illegible FAST even when being looked at the whole time, that's not good :(
Images demonstrated from top to bottom: A drawing, some simple shapes and a filled in area with "Hello", and the sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
