Leave notification not pop up

Although I turn on leave notification, I cannot get ones. I CAN receive join notification, and I've gotten leave ones before updating to 1533. (It was 1519 I think.)

When a friend joins, when a friend leaves, or when a friend sends an invite, the invite is not displayed on the screen. invites are not displayed on the vrchat notification screen, but only on the website.

I assume this related to them preventing the leave notifications from showing when you quit the game. They probably accidentally made the leave notifications not work ever lol

Even with notifications on for when friends leave or join the world you are in, only the join notification appears, not when they leave.

With the setting on to show who joins or leaves a world you are in, only when your friend joins appears does the notification appear.

He also has the same problem when you block someone and unblock them, the person doesn't see you but you see them, it's quite strange...

My friends and I are getting the same issue. Even tried turning the settings off and on again just in case there was some sort of bug with the menu setting itself. Still nothing.
