Knee Twisted while using a Static Animation
tracked

I have a static animation on a humanoid that locks them into the Idle Pose. I have the "Auto Steps on 3 and 4 point tracking" disabled and the "Force Locomotion Animation on 6 Point Tracking" disabled.
When standing still, one leg twists out away from the intended animation.
Once I start moving, this goes away.
Here is the public avatar that you can try out. There is a toggle in the menu to disable the animation.
I've confirmed this happens in 3 point tracking and Desktop mode. When 6 Point tracking is available, this issue doesn't happen because your legs take over the movement.
The reason this is important is because I have a full quadruped latched on top of this. The humanoid needs to be mostly static (to reduce jitter), but still be able to be used with tracking. As such, I lock it into a single static animation. Whenever tracking is available, it takes over and my system follows it.

Hi! I think what's likely happening is that your idle animation has the legs lock-knee straight. But because the tracking control (managed by the VRC Tracking Control state behavior) is set to all tracking, IK will still be active for the legs in desktop and 3point VR. Because there is no tracking for the foot however (not FBT) the animation's leg bend direction is allowed to go through. Therefore when the legs can bend to keep the head etc aligned for desktop and 3point VR, the bend direction from the animation shows through.
Some potential solutions are to make sure that your idle animation has a very slight knee bend direction in the direction you'd want it to bend, or also you could use tracking control on the feet setting them to animation (though this would disable keeping things nicely aligned in 3point VR and desktop) so I'd suggest trying to introduce a very slight bend in your idle animation knees first.
