Jaw Flap Blend Shape visemes are broken

As the title says. They do not work at the moment. Started after the dynamic bone limiter update, even though the Jaw Flap Blend Shape does not use any dynamic bones or bones altogether - just the mesh viseme made in Blender.

To add to this, jaw flaps in general are broken. Visemes work fine, but every avatar I've made that just has lip flaps was not working last night. I'm not sure what a "jaw flap blend shape" is, but what you're experiencing may be a general effect of the jaw bone no longer being animated at all.

Raccoonteur: The "jaw flap blend shape" does not use a bone, it's basically a mesh shape key made in Blender which is then set to a simple jaw flap movement in Unity. What you might be referring to is the Jaw Flap Bone option which I haven't tried. But if jaw flaps in general are broken, it would explain why both Bone and Blend Shape are not working.
