invisible text when typing in chatbox

i can't see what i type until after im done typing, it just doessnt appear but it registers, it happens every time ive opened my chat box

it just keeps happening and i cant see what im typing T all and it always happens with this new chat system so i can't type

The issue is affecting Android app, and maybe also the iOS app. The issue specifically began after when build 1919 was released on the smartphone platforms.
It is specifically the textbox that is attached to the native smartphone keyboard. The text is white and the input field itself has a white background.
Only way to see the actual text is to highlight it or look at the in-game input field.
