As a theoretical example, a hype train might be visible 20/100 for one moment in the instance list, then the hype train count may disappear for a few minutes from the world instance when refreshed, and then be 21/100 in the instance list again when refreshed again.

The updates are also quite delayed, it could take ~3 minutes from the start of a hype train to even see a hype train indicator in the world list.
