Hit boxes?

I play a lot of games on vrchat that involved me having to hit a hit box most likely tied to the character or to where the persons location is. I've noticed a lot, especially over the past couple of months that those hit boxes just aren't there and with the new update. That revamped some in you that's only gotten worse with now, I can see the name tags and see where their position is supposed to be, but their hit boxes are not there.

It’s an issue that happens whenever you first join the lobby and no matter what I do about it it still happens and is still there the only way to fix it from what I’ve seen is the block and unblock the invisible person which would bring back their avatar and hit box location
