Having the Main Menu open while in a moving/rotating station causes UI elements to flash/disappear

I believe this actually happens on live! Try replicating it this way:
- Sit in a station that moves
- Before it starts moving, open up your QM, then open up your social/worlds main menu panel
- Wait for station to start moving fast enough
- Observe the same behavior
