Groups being used to make Private worlds Public
〈Drake〉
With the group system Groups are able to make Private worlds public with the
Groups Public
feature... This kind of makes it hard to keep private worlds private.I have seen a group called (ERP Enabled)
actively making adult and mature private link only worlds Public and Group+
This kind of ruins the whole point of making a private world. Sure, they are not searchable but still it's better if Groups can only set private worlds to Group only, at most Group+.

Just a quick note. The description of that world shown in the picture says "Otherwise, you will be banned." Is this talking about getting blacklisted from the world?
The creator guidelines say that you are not allowed to blacklist players from a world. So I would not suggest anyone do that. However, maybe it is an exception if the world isn't actually public?
If it is eluding to it being against VRChat's terms of service though, then I would suggest rephrasing the description to say this more clearly. For example: "It is against VRChat's terms of service to make non-private instances of this world." Also ensure the world has the correct content warning labels on it.

This sounds very related to the access-to-private-worlds issue.
And again, the same solution seems obvious. We need more levels of world privacy. For example we need a separation between "unlisted worlds" (current implementation, anyone with the link can make instances) and "private worlds" (only author can make instances).
While on the subject of world privacy levels. A way to allow members of specific groups to create instances of a world would also be useful as a world privacy level.

I think the real solution needs to be that the VRchat devs embrace adult content and add in an age verification system in game
They already allow you to mark worlds and avatars as NSFW but they do nothing with that
Currently the devs take a very stupid and inconsistent stance on adult content, at times saying its not allowed at all then other times saying its allowed only in private worlds, but again they allow you to mark a world or avatar as having sexual content but still allow you to upload it publically
Meta needs to just step in and make them take a stance, either be fully against adult content and maintain the teen rating or have the game bumped up to mature rating or even the rarely seen adults only

Sucks that this is a thing, I am in both Lastation and ERP Enabled and it annoyed me when I saw the jail being just open like that.
-----[Everything past this is a rant]-----
I'd love to report it but at the same time I fear that I'd get punished instead of the people doing this. I often find VRChat staff and rules to be very hypocritical with how it goes about adult content. They say VRC isn't for kids and that the minimum age for access is 13 in the TOS then immediately they turn their backs and start cracking down on any adult content and changing the rules and how they deal with this content and the creators allowing for more children to get in and punishing the creators for posting adult content to an adult platform... it's like if pornhub decided to ban all videos and the creators for containing nudity. It wasn't made for kids, it wasn't indended for kids to be there, and yet for some unknown reason (prolly to keep a high download/player count numbers or VRC+ Sales boosts) they keep Making it more for children when noone really wants this in the first place.
Like make up you fecking minds! Either you want it to be a enjoyable place for adults or children. There's already rec room for kids and you say VRC isn't for kids, So why are you making it easier for children to get it? How about less cracking down on the adult content and focusing on the rampant child outbreak? It's pretty easy to realize that Less children = less problems for VRC. There would be Less pedos, less nuisances in public lobbies, and less problems concerning the visibility of adult content on the platform. If you desperately need those children for numbers sake then perhaps make an 18+ verification for VRC adult content? I don't think it would be too hard to implement an ID verification bot on the VRC website that whitelists the user to show/use the VRC Adult content in a menu like an additional tab.

Masterhound: Adult content is allowed as long as it is in a private instance and everyone in the instance consent to it. At least that is what the community guidelines were updated to say last year.
But if the instance is public and anyone can join, then you cannot do this. I don't know the discussed groups, but if they are public groups that allows anyone to join, I would also consider all group and group+ instances belonging to those groups to be public. Maybe this needs to be added to the community guidelines should be updated to specify what a "private instance" is, and clearly state that a group instance isn't private if the group allows for players to join it without any moderator having to review the request.
I don't think the content warning labels can be applied to a group, but that would likely be a nice feature for VRChat to implement. Related Canny post: add-content-gating-to-groups

I hope you find them in the server Dude. We have an imposter among us. 😂I’ve been going to you guy’s worlds since the first upload. And I hope to continue to be able to.

DarkAspect_VR: IKR! Like seriously, this gives me pedo vibes. What normal person would bother going through the whole ID verification process and then opening the world JUST TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR CHILDREN TO GET IN.
There's only one purpose for the place and if you're making a bypass for the ID check (CONSTANTLY) then obviously theres some pedo shit going down and I ain't gonna be there when the raid kicks in.

you better report group instead...
〈Drake〉
Tony_Lewis: It has been reported many times over the past month by my community, and nothing.
Erin_Meows
Tony_Lewis: This should not be allowed either way!!! They are supposed to be private worlds!! Thats why you can’t make them public on their own.
|KitKat|
Tony_Lewis: The issue here is that groups can create group public instances of worlds that are private. Not that a specific group is doing so.
