Group banner is not shown above name plates

When 2023.1.1 released, group banner has disappeared from above name plates on client.
As far as I could find, I could not find a configuration item for whether to display the banner or not.
I made my group because I love the cute banner feature, so I’m sad to see the banner disappear…

I have asked several of my friends and it seems that this is happening only to me.
However, I have this condition on at least two of my devices.(PC and Steam Deck.)

I have found that changing the transparency of the menu also changes the transparency of the banner…I see that the update has made such a change.
