Gross pictures disables menu

Not really a bug, more something that should be prevented.
There's this guy who goes into a crowded room and proceeds to show really gross pictures on everyone's screen. He says some website that's incomprehensible while the images are flashing and it takes a pretty long time before it disappears.
I tried turning on the personal space, but this didn't help.
The issue is not that the gross pictures are there, anyone could make that. But the issue is that it can't be disabled by blocking the user, because there's no way to see anything in the menu screen. Even if we could see the menu screen, there's also no way of knowing who is spawning the pictures.
I know it's a free game, but even so, this really should be stopped in some way.

Both the panic button and the menu rendering change were made after this post. The panic button will change all non-friend avatars, and the menu change will let you use your menu on top of anything else that is displayed.

just pointing out that shortly after this report this was added:
Panic Button - In the event that unwanted audio or visual spam occurs or that frame rate tanks you can now engage a “Panic Mode”. This mode will visually mute any avatars and audio mute any users who are not your friends.
Desktop: both Shift keys AND ESC key
Rift: both triggers OR both grips, AND both menu buttons (B/Y)
Vive: both triggers OR both grips, AND both menu buttons
Windows Mixed Reality and other VR controllers: both triggers OR both grips, AND both menu buttons
XBox Controller: both triggers AND back AND menu buttons
Once you enable Panic mode, you must disable it by unchecking options in the System menu:
Mute Users by Default - All users except for your friends will be mic-muted until you friend them
Block Avatars by Default - All users except for your friends will have their avatars blocked until you friend them

This happened in one of my worlds and ruined a few peoples' lively streams. It sucks that morons will do this. We ended up spawning a private invite-only instance of the world.
