Generic rig avatars don't work anymore

So, last update made so movement animations of others don't get played cause they can get displayed by the networked ik, but that broke some avatars for the reason explained here: https://vrchat.canny.io/bug-reports/p/non-humanoid-keyframes-in-custom-movement-animations-not-synced
But there's a bigger issue, generic rigs do not work anymore cause of this update, main reason being that to disable movement animations now the movementX and movementZ parameters in the animator do not get sent over the network anymore. On humanoid avatars is not a big problem since the networked ik takes care of sending the movement data of the avatar, leaving it with only the problem posted in the other canny, but generic rigs don't have an ik, and the only way they had to actually move was using the movementX and movementZ parameters in a custom animator, now that they don't get sent to the network anymore they can't do anything aside of a single default animation, making them basically useless.
I know that generic rigs aren't used that much but were at least somewhat supported until now, it would be a shame to have another creativity tool taken away like that.

All I want is my Horse back. Now that stations on avatars work it makes no sense at all to disable animations for animals...
