Full body tracking broken yet again, constantly vibrating and hip tracker keeps trying to move with head movement

Firstly, it seems that I am always slightly vibrating all of a sudden while using full body tracking. Friends with FBT also reported seeing themselves as vibrating, but it seems to be a local issue.
Also, if you're a full body user and you lay down with your legs out in front of you and try to look from side to side with your head, you'll notice your legs will start trying to follow your head movement from side to side. This was not happening prior to this patch.

I has received a lot of updates since 2018! Please let us know if you have any other feedback on how we should improve it, or if you experience other FBT issues.

Fax: The latter part, about looking from side to side causing the legs to try and follow the head movement is still an issue on remote players. There's a bug report specifically for the remote issue here https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/legs-jitter-remotely-when-shaking-head-full-body

It's been half a year since this post was made and this is still not fixed. Is there any update at all or has it just been forgotten about?
Kizzy
The legs trying to move with the head was fixed locally in the last update, but it still exists remotely where other people can see you. Avatar vibrating also still exists it would seem.

Kizzy: Can confirm. Locally it looks fine but on remote clients legs and hips try to follow the head movement.

The issue is not just local it's remotely too, more info and a gif from another persons perspective in this post for devs to have a little more info on the issue.

Benji: Yes, the jittering when head turning isn't local, but there's a separate issue where you'll see yourself slightly vibrating (as you can see in the streamable), but others will see you standing still just fine.
Benji
Kizzy: Aha, thought you were referring both issues as being local
