This is a video of when it freezes.
Also, if you receive an invitation from a friend after reaching this state and join another world on LaunchWorld on the VRChat site instead of from the app, VRCHAT opens in a separate window from the frozen window, and you can play games. However, once again, press the ESC key to open and close the menu, then it freezes.

VRChat itself opens, but the menu cannot be opened because the world cannot be moved, and it does not respond even when the escape key is pressed. It only responds to hand gestures and voice chat on/off

This is a bug confirmed on a desktop (not using a VR device).
- Try to enter an instance where another user is already in from the VRChat app menu (this does not happen if you launch the browser)
- The menu disappears, and although the cursor can be moved, the viewpoint does not move, and nothing can be operated. (You can hear a voice when you say it)
It probably also happens with some other action associated with opening a menu.
