I don't have VRC+, but the stickers I'm trying to use are the free ones that were given out; I can still use all the free stickers if I use the Action Menu.
  1. Open VRChat.
  2. Open your menu.
  3. Open the left or right wing.
  4. Open the wings menu.
  5. Scroll to "Stickers."
  6. Use any default sticker.
  7. "Feature only available to VRC+ members" will pop up at the bottom of the menu.
