FBT stops when SteamVR menu is open upon world load

My full-body tracking stops functioning, and puts my avatar in 'half-body' when I load into a world when the SteamVR menu is open.
Remedies to fix the problem are:
*Recalibrating
*Resetting avatar via action menu (SDK3)
*Loading into a new world without having the SteamVR menu open
I find it quite annoying when I'm checking and using SteamVR overlays while the world loads in, then I must go about fixing or recalibrating full-body. Even though this seems more like a SteamVR issue rather than a VRChat bug, is there anything that can be done to have VIVE trackers continue to cooperate in the SteamVR menu?

Update for IK Beta. Seems like I can't reproduce the issue in either AFK Detection mode on OR off, so it's likely resolved. I'd like to see if any IK 2.0 testers come across this problem.

This has been a thing for a while, if you don't want to deal with it to often then in your settings you can enable the "don't automatically load in button" this will prevent you from loading in whilst in steamvr overlay, then all you have to do is click the go button once your ready and stay out of steamvr overlay.
