Emotes rotated when taking vertical (portrait) photograph

- Open VRChat
- Open the camera
- Change the camera to vertical (portrait)
- Another user uses emotes in front of the camera (confirmed with the music note and money emotes)
- The emote in the camera view will be rotated sideways
Confirmed only on PC Desktop mode
The rotated emotes are also reflected in the image taken as well (not just a UI bug)
