Emojis do not spawn for my account even after full reinstall

My emojis do not spawn at all in VRChat.
I tried the following steps but the issue persists:
- Full reinstall of VRChat
- Clearing cache
- Resetting settings
- Checking Safety settings
- Trying different worlds
- Trying different devices
Other users can spawn emojis normally, so this issue seems to be tied to my account specifically.
Additional information:
One of my friends is also experiencing the same issue where emojis do not spawn.
I have also seen several other users on Twitter reporting the same problem.
This suggests that the issue may not be limited to my environment.

(The bug started occurring after the Release 2026.1.3 update.)
- Launch VRChat on desktop mode.
- Open the Action Menu.
- Go to the Emojis tab.
- Click any emoji.
- The click is registered, but the emoji does not play or appear.
Expected result:
The selected emoji should play normally.
Actual result:
The emoji tab opens normally and clicking an emoji is possible, but no emoji is output after clicking.
Additional information:
- This happens with all avatars, not just one avatar.
- This happens in all worlds and instances I tested.
- Action Menu itself works normally.
- The issue affects only emojis.
- Reinstalling VRChat did not fix it.
- Verifying file integrity did not fix it.
- Clearing the content cache did not fix it.
- The same issue happens even on a newly created VRChat account.
- No gamepad is connected.
- No external input remapping tools are running.

Do you currently have VRC+?
Can you provide logs from when you attempted to use emojis?

StormRel I am not subscribed to VRC+. This is the log file after I logged in and clicked the default emojis in the Action Menu several times.(Debug Logging Option: ALL)

StormRel I noticed that the OSC setting in the Action Menu always shows as “Enabled” regardless of whether I turn it on or off. Could this issue be the cause?

Hi, thank you for looking into this issue.
I reproduced the problem again with Debug Logging enabled, and I clicked an emoji during the recording.
I have attached:
- The output_log captured during the reproduction
- A screenshot showing that OSC and OSC Debug are both enabled
My environment:
- No VRC+ subscription
- OSC is enabled
- Emojis never appear when I click them (no icon, no animation)
If you need more logs or additional tests, I can provide them anytime.

I am unable to send any emojis in VRChat across multiple platforms. The issue persists even after reinstalling the game. Whether using the emoji wheel or the ESC menu interface, clicking on any emoji has no effect — although the emojis appear normal visually. The problem continues regardless of changing worlds or switching avatars.

Amekawa ReiJust upload any emoji casually, and you’ll find it works normally (I just tried this myself, and it’s already working fine).
