Emojis do not spawn for my account even after full reinstall

My emojis do not spawn at all in VRChat.
I tried the following steps but the issue persists:
- Full reinstall of VRChat
- Clearing cache
- Resetting settings
- Checking Safety settings
- Trying different worlds
- Trying different devices
Other users can spawn emojis normally, so this issue seems to be tied to my account specifically.
Additional information:
One of my friends is also experiencing the same issue where emojis do not spawn.
I have also seen several other users on Twitter reporting the same problem.
This suggests that the issue may not be limited to my environment.

My friend and I were hanging out they threw a vrchat emoji brick at me and i went to use mine and nothing

Open VRChat, press the R key to open the radial menu, select an expression, some users are unable to send official emoji expressions.
