Dynamic Bone used in worlds on spawned prefabs is now broken.

This bug was reported to me a few weeks ago, so a prior patch around 3 weeks to a month ago, introduced an issue where my Fishing world no longer works.
Dynamic Bone on objects in a world, works. It also works if you put it on an object that can be toggled on and off. However, if you put dynamic bone on an object that you spawn into the world using 'spawn object' trigger... it will not work.
My fishing poles are spawned into the world dynamically using 'spawn object', and now the fishing line doesn't fall, it is just frozen in place. Due to this reason, the fishing pole no longer works, as you can't get the hook under the water unless you are standing under water.

Description of Bug: If Spawned Prefab got Dynamic Bone, it does not work.
Step to reproduce: Make prefab (which include dynamic bone on object) to assign to VRC_Trigger+SpawnObject.
Sample World: wrld_0d1fae89-d2fc-4201-9916-598b89dd0f55
*Both object placed on the world are same file. (Expect spawned object made as prefab of SetGameObjectActive)
