Description
Mouse clicks have completely stopped responding, affecting both UI elements and interactable in-game objects. All other controls—including keyboard movement, toggling the microphone, and opening the Action Menu (R key)—are functioning normally.
I have already tried standard troubleshooting steps, such as disabling overlay software (Discord, Steam, etc.) and clearing the game cache files, but the issue persists.
Reproduction Steps
Launch VRChat in Desktop mode.
Attempt to left-click or right-click on any UI button or in-game interactable object.
Observe that the clicks register no response, while keyboard input (WASD), mic toggling, and the quick menu/wheel menu (R key) continue to work properly.
