Content Gating tags don't update on Avatar change

If an Avatar's Content Gating tags are updated on the website, and the avatar is reloaded in-game the tags will not update and still be in their previous state until a game restart.

A restart of the client is not necessary, but you must switch avatars.
Generally true for a lot of things, e.g. when you upload a new version of an avatar (changing content gating settings is also a new version), you must switch avatars for anyone to see a new version of your avatar.

WubTheCaptain We tried changing out and back into the Avatar and even Rejoining instance, Client restart was the only thing that worked...
